It is 2013.  I feel it will be a good year. Governor Brown signed the Cottage Food Act into law in 2013.  Speechless Cakes, my company, ’10 , sadly, Speechless Cakes had to close on 2010. The kitchen costs were prohibitive. But due to the new law, Speechless Cakes is dancing again.  Ha.

I got  the Cottage Food permit!  Yippee. In June, I will be selling at Healdsburg’s Farmer’s Market. Wednesday 4:30 to 6p. Stop by if you are in the area.

I bake modern cookies, Raisin Dusted Oatmeal Cookies, Raspberry Dusted Brownie, Pistachio Dusted White Chocolate Chip Cookies, Salted Caramel Apple Cookies, salted caramel brownie, Potato Chip Cookies, White Chocolate Chip Cookies. The fruit is freeze-dried and I turn it to a powder.   So, modern. ha. And herb focaccia. bread. Yummy.
